BJ Penn vs Joe Stevenson - UFC 80: Rapid Fire

Today BJ Penn showed just how dangerous he can be when he comes into a fight motivated and in shape. In a truly dominating performance he captured the vacant UFC lightweight title in his fight against Joe Stevenson, making him the only person other that Randy Couture to capture titles in more than one weight class.

Yet Penn’s biggest test lies ahead. In his next fight he will face former champ Sean Sherk, one of the most conditioned athletes in MMA. Will he be able to keep up with the frantic pace that Sean Sherk sets? We shall see.
